INTER-DISTRICT TRANSFER POLICY/GUIDELINE FOR J.B.T. TEACHERS
WORKING ON REGULAR BASIS

The Inter District Transfer Policy approved by the Government was as under :

1. Mutual transfer of same category of teachers/teacheresses.
2. More than 70% handicapped teachers/teacheresses.
3. Widow/divorced lady teacher.
4. The teacher/teacheresses declared suffering from uncurable disease by the Hospitals
    recognized by the State Government.
5. Such lad JBT teacher who want their transfer in a district where their husbands are
    working in the Education Department in the district cadre. Such lady JBT teachers who
    want their transfer in such district where their husbands are working in the departments
    other than the Education Deptt. On a post under the district cadre, be also included in this group.
6. Such teachers/teacheresses who got married after coming into service and want to get
    themselves transferred in the district of husband/wife/in-laws, be included in this group.
7. Unmarried teacheresses.
8. Wives of the serving military officers/officials.
9. Wives of the serving para - military officers/officials.
10. Such lady JBT teachers who want their transfer in such districts where their husbands are
      working in different departments under the State/Central Government/ Autonomous
      Institutes, on the posts in the State Cadre, be included in this group.
11. In case a vacancy is left even after this, then a joint seniority list of the
      teachers/teacheresses who have applied, be prepared and the inter-district transfer of the
      senior most be made.
12. Preference be given in case of couple cases of IAS/HCS/HCS Judiciary Officers in the
      matter of transfer/deputation.
13. No teacher/teacheresses of Mewat District will be transferred to the other District this year also.
14. The Seniority of these JBT Teacher/Teachers be accepted at the bottom in the New
      District. Both the teacher will sworn on affidavit that they are ready to accept the
      seniority at the bottom in the new district by leaving this seniority in their own district
      and it is necessary to send the photocopy of this Affidavit to the Directorate.
   
           This policy was not approved for academic year 2008-09.
