            UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following
                                O R D E R

            This petition is directed against order dated 06.04.2010
passed by the Division Bench of the Punjab and Haryana High Court
in Civil Writ Petition No.13045 of 2009 whereby corrigendum issued
by the State Government on 03.07.2009 for giving weightage of marks
to the guest teachers was quashed.

            The petitioners have filed application for permission to
file the special leave petition.They have also filed application for 
condonation of 303 days' delay.

            After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for
the petitioners made a request that his clients may be permitted to
withdraw the application for permission to file the special leave
petition with liberty to file application for intervention in the
pending special leave petitions.

          The request of the learned counsel is accepted and the
application for permission to file the special leave petition is
dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
As a consequence, the special leave petition is dismissed.
